Daily victory over the flesh

This is my personal experience which i want to share with u all. i have a personal short coming which is fornication in otherword pre marital sex. i indulged in it willingly sometime back but now its been more than six months and i have not taken a lady to bed. its not magic but reality. u say how? simply i walk in the Spirit. This doesnot mean that the urge doesnt arise but when it does, what i simply do is put to death the carnal man ie flesh and its desire and it stops. now this is possible becos i have the Spirit of Christ in me. so if u are having serious problem with sex or anything, make sure u have the Spirit of Christ, trust Him to help u put the flesh to death and its desires.
